We are seeking a Catering Supervisor for our valued client in Llanfairpwll on Anglesey.
What we require from you:
👑You will be flexible to work hours between 7am-8pm and some weekends
👑NVQ level 2 in food preparation/cooking or equivalent experience- Essential
👑Food Safety Level 2 or 3 - Desirable
👑A good understanding of allergens and intolerance's - Essential
👑Core Qualifications in Maths and English - Essential
👑A clear understanding of COSHH and HACCP -Essential
👑Experience of working in a catering environment and including the supervision of staff - Essential
👑Full driving licence - Essential
If you are reliable, punctual, conscientious, observant, flexible, an effective communicator, build strong relationships and have excellent organisational skills, we want to hear from you!
